IELTS Preparation Course (Part A Listening and Reading)
Prepare for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam with North Regional TAFE’s upcoming Short Course.
The IELTS Preparation Course focuses on the vital listening, reading, writing, speaking skills and test protocols participants require to pass an IELTS exam.

Prepare for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test-intensive preparation course. This course provides prospective students with strategies and tips to develop vital listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills to achieve their required band scores. It also allows participants to familiarise themselves with the required IELTS test protocols.
Delivery location, important dates and study options
Broome Campus – on campus Face to face
The course is delivered in four sessions, each with a specific competency focus: listening, reading, writing and speaking (details of each session are given below). Students can choose to enrol in one session or multiple sessions according to their specific requirements. However, it is recommended that enrolling in all four sessions will provide students with the most practice before taking the test.
9th September – Reading and listening – 4:00 – 7:00 pm
10th September – Writing Task 2 - 4:00 – 7:00 pm
11th September – Writing Task 1 (Academic and General Training) - 4:00 – 7:00 pm
12th September – Speaking - 4:00 – 7:00 pm

$157 per session (Dependent on the participant’s Visa)

- All units required to gain this qualification. If you're a student that has successfully completed a lower-level qualification that is a prerequisite for this course, you'll only pay for the units that you need to enrol in to complete this course.
